1. General

These terms govern the use of the website brentum.store (the “Site”). By accessing the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This document is drawn up in accordance with Spanish law LSSI-CE (Ley 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce).

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational. It presents the services of the BRENTUM workshop and lets you request a consultation or booking.

The Site is not an online shop. Services cannot be paid for through it. A request sent from the Site is an enquiry, not a concluded contract.

3. Prices and service information

The diagnostics price shown on the Site covers the diagnostics only and does not include subsequent repair.

The final cost depends on the fault and is determined after diagnostics. We quote the price before starting any repair; no work is carried out without your approval.

Prices on the Site are indicative and may change. Please confirm current pricing by phone, WhatsApp or at the workshop.

Service descriptions, timeframes and technical capabilities are provided for general understanding and do not constitute a binding offer.

4. Requests through the Site

By submitting the form you confirm that:

• the details provided are accurate and belong to you;
• you are at least 18 years old;
• you agree that we may contact you on the number given.

We aim to reply within 15 minutes during working hours but do not guarantee a specific response time.

We reserve the right not to respond to requests containing abuse, spam or clearly false information.

5. Reviews

Reviews shown on the Site are genuine customer reviews published on our Google profile. They are reproduced with the source stated and a link to the original. The rating and review count are accurate as at publication and may differ from current values on Google.

6. Intellectual property

The BRENTUM name, logo, texts, design and presentation of the Site belong to the Site owner. Copying or use without written permission is prohibited.

Vehicle makes mentioned on the Site (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen and others) and diagnostic equipment names (ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, Autel, PicoScope and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named solely to describe which vehicles and equipment we work with. BRENTUM is an independent workshop.

7. External links

The Site contains links to external resources: Google Maps, WhatsApp and our Google profile. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

8. Limitation of liability

We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is fully up to date or free of errors.

We are not liable for:

• temporary unavailability of the Site for technical reasons;
• decisions made solely on the basis of information on the Site without consulting a professional;
• the operation of third-party services (WhatsApp, Google, Meta).

Information on the Site does not replace an in-person inspection. The exact cause of a fault can only be established by examining the vehicle.

9. Warranty on work

Warranty terms for completed work are agreed when the order is placed at the workshop and recorded in the paperwork. Information on the Site is general in nature.

10. Consumer rights

These terms do not limit your rights under Spanish consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).

11. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be heard by the courts of the consumer's place of residence unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. The current version is always available at brentum.store/en/legal/terms.html.
