1. What data we collect

1.1. Data you send us

When you fill in the contact form, we receive:

• phone number — so we can call you back;
• description of the fault — free text you write;
• page address the request was sent from (shows the site language);
• IP address — technically, for spam protection;
• date and time of submission.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we can see your phone number and the conversation. WhatsApp belongs to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and processes data under its own policy.

1.2. Data collected automatically

When you visit the site, analytics and advertising services receive anonymised technical data: device and browser type, approximate location (city/region, not exact address), traffic source, pages viewed, time on site and actions taken.

Analytics and advertising only run if you give consent in the cookie banner. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or sending a request.

3. Third-party services

We use the services listed below. Each has its own privacy policy.

Google Analytics 4

Property ID: G-P5YWQR26PD. Provider: Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

Collects anonymised statistics: how many people visit, from which devices, which pages they view and how many requests are sent. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not send Google your phone number or the text of your request.

Google Ads

Provider: Google Ireland Limited. We run ads on Google Search and Google Maps.

Google Ads receives the information that a visitor who arrived via an ad completed a target action (submitted the form or tapped the WhatsApp button). This tells us which ads work. What is transmitted is the fact of the action, not your personal data.

When you click an ad, Google appends a technical click identifier (gclid) to the page address. It contains no personal data.

Used for advertising on Facebook and Instagram and for measuring results. Records anonymised events: page view, form submission, WhatsApp button click.

Telegram

Requests from the website are forwarded to a private working group on Telegram so we can respond faster. Provider: Telegram FZ-LLC. The message contains the phone number and fault description you provided.

Website hosting. Provider: Hostinger International Ltd. Servers are located in the European Union.

Google Fonts

Typefaces load from Google servers, which receive your IP address as a technical necessity.

4. Transfers outside the EU

Google and Meta operate through Irish entities, but part of the processing may take place in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser.

On your first visit a banner appears where you choose which categories to allow. You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you give consent, analytics and advertising receive no identifying data.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working correctly.

6. How long we keep data

• Requests — 24 months from contact, then deleted;
• WhatsApp conversations — until you delete them or while needed for service;
• Analytics — per Google Analytics rules, 14 months by default;
• Records of completed work — for the periods required by Spanish tax law.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish law LOPDGDD you have the right to:

• access your data;
• rectify inaccurate data;
• erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

If you believe we have infringed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority — Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.

8. Security

The site runs over secure HTTPS. Only BRENTUM staff can access requests. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this document. The current version is always available at brentum.store/en/legal/privacy.html. The last update date is shown at the top.
